Muslims Protest "Baby Killers" During Homecoming Parade Of British Soldiers

The Daily Mail reports that "a homecoming parade in honour of 200 soldiers back from the battlefields was marred yesterday(tues) by Muslim anti-war protesters. They hurled abuse as members of the 2nd Battalion The Royal Anglian Regiment marched proudly through the centre of Luton. Waving placards with slogans saying: 'Anglian soldiers: Butchers of Basra,' and 'Anglian soldiers: cowards, killers, extremists,' and 'baby killers,' they were hemmed in by police as the parade passed." The protesters were then given a police escort to protect them from angry Brits supporting the soldiers.

Anti-Israel Saudi Sympathizer Chas Freeman Withdraws Nomination To National Intelligence Council

Politico reports that "Director of National Intelligence Dennis C. Blair announced today that Ambassador Charles W. Freeman Jr. has requested that his selection to be Chairman of the National Intelligence Council not proceed. Director Blair accepted Ambassador Freeman’s decision with regret."

Freeman's decision tow withdraw should have been accepted with glee. The good news, however, is that the outcry from those with an ounce of common sense against Freeman's appointment seems to have had an effect. This is an important lesson that raising the alarm over issues that the mainstream media may ignore is not a waste of time. I certainly will keep fighting the good fight! Israeli Military Intelligence Chief Amos Yadlin: Iran Has Crossed The Nuclear "Technological Threshold"

Iran has "crossed the technological threshold," and its attainment of nuclear military capability is now a matter of "incorporating the goal of producing an atomic bomb into its strategy," Israeli Military Intelligence Maj.-Gen. Amos Yadlin said Sunday.

"Iran is continuing to amass hundreds of kilograms of low-enriched uranium, and it hopes to exploit the dialogue with the West and Washington to advance toward the production of an atomic bomb," he said.

"Iran's plan for the continuation of its nuclear program while simultaneously holding talks with the new administration in Washington is being received with caution in the Middle East," the intelligence chief said. "The moderates are worried that this approach will come at their expense and will be used by the radical axis to continue to carry out terror activities and rearm. In contrast, those in the radical axis are saying that despite the change in the Americans' stance, they will continue to act against them."

A similar assessment was made last week by Adm. Mike Mullen, the chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff.
