Here is the MSNBC panel reacting to Senator Lieberman's use of the word "sweetheart" at the very end of his response to Huffington. All I can say is that if that offends you, go get a life.
The facts are as Senator Lieberman relayed them to Huffington, who because of her political bias has clearly avoided the facts that Lieberman speaks about. The Duelfer Report clearly indicates that Saddam Hussein did have a WMD program even if he did not have the stockpiles of WMDs. Apparently this was too much for the dense panel at MSNBC to wrap their heads around:

Congressman John Lewis On The Constitutional Basis For Obamacare, Cites Words Not In The Constitution
In part, Congressman Lewis says that the Obamacare mandate is covered under the preamble which provides for the "pursuit of happiness." This is not in the Constitution's preamble, nor is it anywhere else in the Constitution of the United States. These words were in the Declaration of Independence as one of the inalienable rights that man is endowed with by the Creator, not by any government. It is not a Constitutional provision and therefore cannot be the Constitutional basis for Obamacare. This simple mistake only demonstrates the Congressman's complete ignorance of our Constitution which he took an oath to uphold.
He also cites the 14th Amendment's Equal Protection Clause without explaining how any equal protection issue is implicated. It is completely beyond me how that provision at all applies to Obamacare, and the fact is the Congressman probably had no idea what he was talking about either.

26 States Have Now Joined The Lawsuit Against Obamacare
Fox News reports that "six more states joined a lawsuit in Florida against President Obama's health care overhaul on Tuesday, meaning more than half of the country is challenging the law. The announcement was made as House members in Washington, led by Republicans, debated whether to repeal the law. The six additional states, all with Republican attorneys general, joined Florida and 19 others in the legal action, Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi said... The states claim the health care law is unconstitutional and violates people's rights by forcing them to buy health insurance by 2014 or face penalties... Lawsuits have been filed elsewhere. A federal judge in Virginia ruled in December that the insurance-purchase mandate was unconstitutional, though two other federal judges have upheld the requirement. It's expected the Supreme Court will ultimately have to resolve the issue."

Is Berkeley Ready To Pay For Sex-Change Operations?
Fox News reports that "while the country’s cities and states are cutting employment benefits, Berkeley City Council members will decide Tuesday whether to set aside taxpayer dollars for city workers to get sex-change operations. The vote, expected this evening, would permit the city to dole out $20,000 in cash stipends from its general budget to pay for the surgeries – even as a city auditor warns of ballooning employee benefits costs."

The New York Times reports that behind "Dimona’s barbed wire, the experts say, Israel has spun nuclear centrifuges virtually identical to Iran’s at Natanz, where Iranian scientists are struggling to enrich uranium. They say Dimona tested the effectiveness of the Stuxnet computer worm, a destructive program that appears to have wiped out roughly a fifth of Iran’s nuclear centrifuges and helped delay, though not destroy, Tehran’s ability to make its first nuclear arms. 'To check out the worm, you have to know the machines,' said an American expert on nuclear intelligence. 'The reason the worm has been effective is that the Israelis tried it out.'… The worm itself now appears to have included two major components. One was designed to send Iran’s nuclear centrifuges spinning wildly out of control. Another seems right out of the movies: The computer program also secretly recorded what normal operations at the nuclear plant looked like, then played those readings back to plant operators, like a pre-recorded security tape in a bank heist, so that it would appear that everything was operating normally while the centrifuges were actually tearing themselves apart. The attacks were not fully successful: Some parts of Iran’s operations ground to a halt, while others survived, according to the reports of international nuclear inspectors. Nor is it clear the attacks are over: Some experts who have examined the code believe it contains the seeds for yet more versions and assaults… The project’s political origins can be found in the last months of the Bush administration. In January 2009, The New York Times reported that Mr. Bush authorized a covert program to undermine the electrical and computer systems around Natanz, Iran’s major enrichment center. President Obama, first briefed on the program even before taking office, sped it up, according to officials familiar with the administration’s Iran strategy.
